CANCER To Headline U.K.'s BLACK WINTER DAY Festival
October 23, 2003Reformed U.K. death metallers CANCER have been confirmed to headline "Black Winter Day", an all-day extreme metal festival set to take place on December 13 at the Empress in Bradford, England. Other bands scheduled to perform at the event include THE ENCHANTED, SHALLOW GRAVE, LIQUEFIED SKELETON, CRUEL HUMANITY, KHANG, CONQUEST OF STEEL, BUMSNOGGER and BLOODSTEAM.
CANCER's current lineup — vocalist/guitarist John Walker, drummer Carl Stokes, bassist Adam Richardson, and guitarist Rob Engvikson — are currently working on a new EP, "Corporation$", which they plan to release in early November to coincide with their upcoming reunion dates.
